"This particular office of State Farm is really disorganized. I was put on extended hold, thereby wasting my time. The owner, refused to answer some questions, even though she could. Inter-staff communication is non-existent. Employee Harrison went on leave and informed nobody about the request. They refuse to provide paper copies of documents, even though I made a formal request. I recommend getting a different agent."

"We have been with so many automobile insurance companies in the last 30 years. But I am very happy working with Nhina Nguyen State Farm Insurance Agency in Garden Grove. Nhina and her Co workers enthusiasticly help me to switch my insurance coverage from another to State Farm with fast responses and clear explanation. We got some reduced in our premiums. Last night, my car was disabled. This morning I called Nhina asking for help. State Farm has the quickest Roadside assistance compared with many other Insurance companies. That's why we need when our cars have roadside problems. The Tow Company service came in just less than 20 minutes. I remember one time I had to wait 1 hour or more to have the Tow Company come. Excellent and very friendly communication and fast response. 5 Stars"
